My name is Madibet Gomez. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from Springfield College, and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Africana Studies from Rhode Island College.  

I help adults navigate anxiety, relationship patterns, and major life transitions with clarity and confidence. I’m passionate about helping people break unhealthy cycles, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their authentic self. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices.  

I am an autism advocate. I am dedicated to promoting acceptance, understanding, and meaningful inclusion for autistic individuals. I work to shift the conversation from “awareness” to true acceptance. When we choose acceptance, we build communities where everyone belongs.
